REFUND  & RETURN POLICY

 

Q1: How will my order be processed for a return / refund?

We're happy to accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery.

By default method, you will receive your refund as a store credit (never expires!) after your order has been returned to our Returns Center and inspected for approval.

HOW TO USE STORE CREDIT

You may use your card balance towards a future merchandize order. That's the advantage of receiving your refund as a store credit.

  • Gift Cards
  • Personalized items
  • Color Perception Variation (Read Color Disclaimer  below)
  • Bundled item(s) at special pricing (unless the entire bundle is returned)

 

Q2:  Will my delivery, shipping fees and services be refunded?

Any delivery shipping, handling fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

 

Q3: Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?

Yes, applicable return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund and can vary depending on the location of the return and selected return method.

 

Q4:  How do I start my order refund process?

You can start the refund process by clicking  REQUEST REFUND  here for New Customer Accounts.

 

STEPS

  1. Enter your Email address and then, click Continue
  2. Check your email for six-digit verification code from our store.
  3. Copy / paste the code in the link above.
  4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click  REQUEST  RETURN.

 

 

Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation and next steps.

 If your initial return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a Return Shipping Label.

After the product arrives at our return center, inspected and approved, you receive a refund as a store balance.

 

 

ITEM(s) RETURN PROCEDURE

Item(s) must be:

  • In its original, undamaged condition
  • Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
  • If possible, upload a clear close up photograph of item(s) received.
  • Ship it back in its original packaging or a box similar to the original

 

 

NOTE: If you are instructed to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center, we reserve the right to cancel the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse to service any damaged or defective item reported more than 14 days after the delivery date.

Color Disclaimer for Electronic Screen Visuals to Print Products


When digital files are translated onto products for printing, there can be a slight color variation compared to what is seen on a screen which is back lit in your personal environment’s lighting conditions.


Also, it is because print inks are mixed differently from how computer software displays color combinations.

The natural opacity of the inks used and the type of garments or materials they are printed on can influence the color shift too.

We do our level best to minimize that color difference via visuals offered on our website.

With that being said, please keep this knowledge handy to help guide you best.

Although, each return request is handled on an individual basis, the default practice for products with color perception variation is 'No Returns'.
